Blaina Medical Practice

The Practice can highlight Carers and offer them support and signpost them to appropriate support agencies. We can also offer Carers appointments that will be convenient to themselves as a Carer, we appreciate that they are very busy and it can be difficult to visit the Practice. They can also be allocated a telephone consultation if this is deemed more appropriate. We can liaise with the Carer and our Community Connectors, alongside Carer Engagement Service. We commit to ensuring our carers are listened to and valued
