The Care Collective has launched its brand new website – take a look at thecarecollective.wales

As of 1 April 2022, Carers Trust South East Wales is not renewing its membership with Carers Trust and will no longer be part of the Carers Trust Network in Wales. The decision has been made following discussions between Carers Trust South East Wales and Carers Trust at a Wales and UK level.

From 1 April 2022 Carers Trust South East Wales will operate under a new name, which it is currently consulting on. This change will not be to the detriment of the support the organisation provides to carers.

The organisation will continue to provide the support and services to unpaid carers in Blaenau Gwent, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Merthyr Tydfil, Monmouthshire, Newport, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Torfaen and Vale of Glamorgan currently operated by Carers Trust South East Wales.

Carers Trust, as a national network, will continue to support and advocate for unpaid carers across all regions of Wales. Carers Trust Wales’ national programmes and advocacy work will maintain their Wales-wide reach.
